Etiquette
Please be considerate of other clients and use your spa voice at all times
Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are recommended so we can give you our best attention, time, and service. Because we have scheduled a service technician for you, we ask that you be 10-15 mins early for your appointment. Please also give a 24 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling. A credit card is required for all new clients to hold your appointment time. In the event of a late cancellation or no call no show a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.
Payments
Payment for services may be made in cash, local check, Visa, MC, American Express, or Discover. We recommend a 20% gratuity on the full price of the service and appreciate all gratuities be made in cash, check, or venmo.

Promotional priced gift certificates and prepaid services are good for six months from date of purchase and are not refundable. After six months, a $10 fee will be charged to reactivate an expired promotional gift certificate.

Regularly priced gift certificates and prepaid services are good for one year from date of purchase and are NOT refundable. After one year, a $10 fee will be charged to reactivate an expired gift certificate.

Flourish services and products are guaranteed if you are unhappy with a service you have 24hrs to contact us and discuss a redo free of charge. Refunds are not issued.
